• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or any part of the platform.
• Not use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or malicious content.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with others.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

{{ $appname }} provides laundry and dry-cleaning services, including pickup and delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for providing an accurate pickup and delivery address and being available at the scheduled time.
• Item counts and garment details are confirmed by our staff at collection and processing; any discrepancy will be communicated to you promptly.
• You must disclose any special care instructions (e.g. delicate fabrics, leather, embellishments) when placing your order or at pickup.
• We are not responsible for items left in pockets, or for pre-existing damage, wear, or colour fastness issues not disclosed beforehand.
• Uncollected orders may be held for a limited period, after which storage fees or disposal terms may apply as communicated to you.

Payment for laundry and dry-cleaning services works as follows:

• Prices are as listed on our Services page or app at the time of ordering, and may be updated from time to time.
• Payment is due via M-Pesa, card, bank transfer, or cash on pickup/delivery, as available.
• Completed orders are generally non-refundable, except where services were not delivered as described or as required by law.
• For recurring or subscription pickup plans, fees are billed in advance and you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content, features, and functionality of {{ $appname }} — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform's source code or design.
• Use our brand, name, or logo without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• {{ $appname }} is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• For lost or damaged items, our liability is limited to a reasonable multiple of the cleaning charge for that item, unless otherwise required by law.
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by your actions or third-party service failures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to {{ $appname }} at any time if you:

• Violate any of these Terms of Service.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
