Q: Do you offer same-day service?

Yes — drop off your items before 9am and collect them the same evening for an express service fee.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on delivery or pickup.

Q: What if my garment gets damaged?

We handle every item with care, but if something is damaged while in our custody, we'll make it right — please contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.
